35% Fat, 22% Carbs, and 43% Protein

    That's a low fat day for me.

    Yesterday was 52% fat/ 17% carbs and 31% protein.

    Everyone's sensitivity, especially to carbs, is different. I respond well to high fat low carb as well though.

    Yea Im trying to eat more carbs since I havent had much in about 4weeks. When I start my EC it will be around 50% :hsd: Also going to add that L-Tyrosine like you said and see if I notice anything diffrent

    I was about 40% carbs/45% fats/ and 15% protein yesterday, had about 75 grams HOLLA
     
  13. I feel REALLY good when I'm eating high fat, low carb, high protein but I'm worried about any health risks there might be :dunno:

    My fats come from nuts and olive oil and I get most of my protein from chicken.

    If that's where your fats are coming from, I don't think you have to worry too much. Seems like the Mediterranean Diet.
