it seems WAY high, i had it checked at 24 hour fitness on wednesday and they used calipers. measured by tri, bi, back, and stomach. it seems really, really high though. i wasn't expecting that, i've been training pretty good for the past 8 months and my diet is pretty good except for the weekends.

beer gut would be a hell of a lot bigger than 36w pants. I wear 34-36 pants and I am by no means fat

That sounds way too high. When I did my bf% mine was around 30% and I'm 5'10" 265lbs...well, I was at that weight. I've shed some weight since then.

    I don't see you being 34%.

Dieting and good lifting and a bit more cardio will definitely help you. You being a guy and all you may do just fine with moderate cardio, good diet and heavy lifting.

i've been doing so much cardio this week my abs and sides are sore, still staying under 1800 also. its tough because it feels like i'm hungry all day at work, but when i get home i'm really not that hungry anymore.

I wonder if i'm just bored at work and that makes me feel hungry.

I'm the same way...I think bored at work, or bored period, makes me nibbly. I go workout and then head home and I'm fine.

Bring a bunch of veggies- I've been munching on spinach and lettuce and stuff.
