    Some kid at a local highschool here put up close to 400. He plays for SDSU now.

    work on lighter weight and try to get it moving as fast as you can. you need a weight that you can get moving fast but not so fast that you can throw it. 70% would be a good area. olympic lifting is all about generating max bar speed in the shortest amount of time.
