I have never tried it but a long time ago I made the mistake of using armor all on my convertible top. The next morning the dew caused to to put white streaks on my paint.

Maybe the stuff that is now made for ragtops would be good for the trim. I just diescovered the articles at autopia. I have found the how to's and reviews to be very good. Go read around over there for an alternative. My trim is all painted and chrome so I don't put anything on it.

Going back to safe and sound Z-16, but it takes 2 coats to look really really nice, but you don't have to worry about sling or streaking. :coolugh:

Most products will streak in the rain. You may want to try Forever Black, I believe they sell it on Autogeek.

My vote is to Poorboy's Trim Restorer.

It's my go to trim dressing...hands down.
