    yes i know, not much at all, but i havent been doing deads for 2 years, and even back then my max was 100kg.. i just pulled 135kg relatively easily to be honest, like i think i could do another 5-10kg if i hadnt already done 2x10 :o

    anyway, tis good to get to 300 at something..well, 297 or something to be exaxt :fawk:

    i wasnt intending on maxing out, was just going to do some light DL's as a warmup but felt strong :o

    so you did 300 lbs. 10 times? or just once?

    how much weight did you pull for the 10-rep sets?

    i'm considering trying for 405 tomorrow... :noes:
