3000 Calories a day?

    Thats what I have been told from many people for my daily caloric intake.
    team nutritionist has me on a plan. (baseball)

    mind I am 5'10 155

    How in the world do you bros eat 3000 at least semi healthy calories a day.

    With fast food sure its a piece of cake, but I'm trying to eat semi healthy.

    my protein shake is this:

    only take half of a serving at a time though. usually 2 times a day

    Work up to it. Workout how much you can handle fairly easily then add 200 cals on to that. Next week add another 100/200, and so on and so on.

    You'll be doing 3000 in no time.


    If you're not used to eating a lot then it will seem like a lot, but once you get used to it, it really isnt so hard.

    Follow the Bodybuilder sticky, its just a shade under 3000 calories.

    i eat 3,500+ calories a day without fast food man.

    My 3000 calories for tomorrow.

    Breakfast shake:
    1 cup egg whites. (120 cals)
    1 scoop protein powder. (105 cals)
    Banana (110)
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin (40)
    1.5 servings go lean crunch cereal (300)

    Meal #2
    Turkey burger (200)
    2 eggs (180ish)
    1 serving broccoli (25)

    Meal #3
    2 servings chicken (220)
    2 hardboiled eggs (170 ish)
    4 servings green beans (100)

    Meal #4 / Preworkout
    2 servings oatmeal (300)
    1 scoop protein (105)
    1 apple (110)

    Meal #5 / post workout
    2 scoops protein (210)
    2.5 cups blueberries (200)

    Meal #6
    5oz beef steak strips (200 cals)
    1 serving almonds (164)
    4 servings green beans (100)


    Totals for the day
    2950ish cals
    80g fat
    285 carbs
    307 protein

    i guess ill just have to work my way up slowly

    Bacchus is that a program you use to track everything?

    complaining about trying to get over 3,000 was one of my first noob threads.. :p

    but, at the time - i had the notion that it was bad for me to eat after 9.

    Now that I eat until I sleep, no issue.
