3 wks into cutting *pics*

    I started my cutting phase about 3 wks ago:

    diet=
    breakfast.... oatmeal, lowfat yogurt, banana
    lunch......carrots, lowfat yogurt, lowfat cheesestick (livactive), chicken sandwich w/ melted swiss cheese on toasted wheat bread.
    dinner.....rotation of different chicken dishes, different fish dishes & veggies/fresh fruit & a potato

    *friday is my cheat day & i treat myself to Chipotle

    I workout 7 days a week now

    lift about 5 days
    basketball pick-up games 3 days
    abs 1-2 days
    run 1-2 days
    boxing w/ 100# punching bag - 1 day
    ( I recently broke up w/ my g/f of 6 yrs, so working out helps take my mind off things.... i pretty much workout / some type of physical activity for 1-4 hrs a day (the long days are w/ basketball included).

    I've dropped about 10-12 lbs so far & have probably gained a little muscle. 6'1" 190 lbs:

    Seriously.. can I ask why the FUCK you would take a picture like that in the mirror.

    That's a digital camera and it is almost 100% guaranteed to have a self timer. Just set it on a desk or something, step back a few paces and take a PROPER photo instead of this shit

    12 lbs in 3 weeks? that's pretty damn rapid for it to be all fat esp if you say you've gained muscle at the same time.

    What do you eat for snacks in the in between meals? There is no way you are only eating those 3 times a day if you are exercsing/lifting that much

    Is 20 pound for the weight like 30 pounds if a guy lifts?

    No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
