    DL's -> pool -> parkour. i think my hands are gonna fall off

    oh yea and also when doing backflips off the diving board you gotta jump away from the board as to not end up in a wheelchair

    wow, i've always been jumping TOWARDS the board when doing backflips off the diving board. i guess that explains why i kept landing on my head and why i'm mentally challenged now.

    well normally when you do a standing back tuck on the ground you jump straight up and pretty much land where you jump from, so...your a dumbass

    Tuesday – Chest/Tris

    Barbell Bench Pres- 4x8
    Incline Barbell Bench Press3x12 or Inline Dumbbell Bench Press - 3x12
    Dumbbell Bench Press w/ Twist -3x12

    Skullcrushers w/ EZ-Bar - 3x12 each set is directly followed by Close-Grip Bench Press - till Failure
    Tricep Extensions – 3x12

    Wednesday – Cardio/Parkour/Tricking

    Thursday – Back/Bis/Abs

    Wide Grip Pull-ups - how ever many you can do x 5
    Deadlifts – 5x5
    Close Grip Pulldowns (supinated grip) - 3x12

    Bi's
    Incline Curls - 2 x 6-8
    EZ-bar curls - 2 x 6-8
    Preacher curls - 2 x 6-8

    Friday – Cardio/Parkour/Tricking

    Saturday – Delts/Traps /Forearms

    Seated Dumbbell Press – 3x12
    Clean and Press – 3x12
    External Rotation – 3x12
    Internal Rotations - 3x12

    Upright Barbell Row – 3x12
    Pin Pulls - 3x12

    One armed hangs - keep doing "reps" till you get 2 mins for each arm and do them till you fall

    Sunday – Legs

    Squats - 5x5
    Leg Press - 3x12
    SLDL - 5x5
    jump squats 3x12
    i dunno what its called but it works out your shins, point your toes upward

    calfs - one legged raises

    there ya go

    oh yea and do whatever abs you want, i do the ab roller thing from standing and i go all the way down and back up (not from knees) and im trying to find some way of doing hanging situps (the one when your upside down) since im not in school anymore
