i took a year and a half off from working out, out of pure laziness then decided it was time to go back. pics are from 3 months ago, 1 month ago and today. tell me my problem areas and if anyone can estimate my bf% that would be tight. i realize the photos aren't from the same angle which will fuck it up a lil but whatever. thanks

yes sir. believe it or not, no juice involved just spend about 2 hours in gym 3 times a week and do cardio 6 times a week. working a muscle group one time a week and letting it repair the rest of the 6 days has helped me out tremendously. also keep in mind i've been on and off at the gym for the past 6 years, so muscle memory helped me out a lot.

thanks for the kind words bros.

    supplements im currently taking are:

naNo vapor - just waiting for thsi shit to run out cause it gives me the runs like nothing else.

and just protein isolate i mix with 5g of creatine mono post workouts.

i make sure to intake quite a bit of potassium after workouts as potassium is a natural physiological stimulus of insulin release. so i'll drink a bunch of OJ... i def recommend this to everyone. a tip i learned in med school that really applies to working out.

oh and i eat a shitload of healthy food obviously... i would say like 2500-3000 cal/day.

If you shave your chest hair, it does grow back.

maybe its b/c im still under 20 but growing that much chest hair that quickly is insane.

sad i'm more surprised about chest hair growth than your physique, in all honesty thats pretty awesome dude.

I was in pretty much the same situation as you, lazy as fuck for a couple years after lifting consistently for ~5 yrs. Started lifting 8 weeks ago and gained 15-20 lbs in that time

I think I'm actually stronger than I used to be. But I can't be sure since I haven't been doing low-rep stuff

why are we discussing our hair in the fitness and nutrition forum?
