*added a photo for this month (may)
    Few things first.

A). WTF Stretch Marks need to fuck off.
B). Always been on and off working out and such but towards the end of '08 shit got really out of hand (you will see)
    C). I'm 6'3'' Currently sitting ~220.
D). I have disgusting chest hair but its so bad that its epic. People always tell me it looks like something different...the most recent was a fucked up eagle. For this reason it shall stay. It will be gone once summer begins :sadwavey:.

Alright so I need advice on what you guys think I should do to see better progress. I have been using http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=2920566 to help me out. I have also picked up things here and there from a few broly friends of mine.

Also forgive the lack of before pictures. I just didnt give a fuck and was too angry at the fact I let myself get so badly out of shape.

    Last thing - I swear.
-Forgive the terrible poses or what not.

    The beginning:

3 months is nothing. However I am pretty pleased with how far I have come. Clothing just fits better overall and its kind of nice when your arms nicely fill in the sleeves.

I want to be completely free of excess fat by at least August. That is 4 months away. To me it seems like a reasonable goal but I am not as knowledgeable as some of you.

So please, toss some advices over this way.

Awesome progress for 3 months. Keep doing what you are doing, i doubt all excess fat will be gone by aug. but what do i know, i seem to be on worlds most ineffectual cut so ignore my opinion :fawk:

a nice body takes YEARS of training dude. I don't necessarily work out with a lot of intensity most of the time, but my body is a lot more defined than someone else who hasn't been working out for as long as I have.

Just keep at it. If goals help you stay motivated, make them. I just think of going to the gym as brushing my teeth - something you just naturally do

I've seen pretty decent results, in photos and on the scale. However my strength has been increasing. Kind of weird actually.

I've met and exceeded most of my goals. I wanted to be able to do dips and pullups.

I now do dips with 70 lbs attached because my own weight is too easy and pullups I use 25 lbs because my weight is too easy. When I reach failure with the added weight I take them off and keep going.

I don't know why but I find it really interesting how far a person can push themselfs...I surprise myself all the time.

Mainly with cardio. I used to be a terrible runner. I can run forever at a pace regular people run at. I'm loving it now. So surprising to see yourself get tired and you think you cant keep going but you do, you push through the pain and you find yourself running 2 extra ks'.

Coming on here and seeing peoples results and gains and achievements defs helps a ton in keeping me motivated.

I'm hooked on this - hopefully I wont fall off the bandwagon...again.

    I feel it too.

Isn't it supposed to be impossible to loose fat and gain muscle/strength? Cause I've been quickly moving up in how heavy I am lifting in the exercises listed in the sticky and others I've been shown at the gym.

    What gives?

Just a little update as of last week.

Sorry about the quality of the photo, my camera has been MIA for awhile now :(.

The reason why I am posting this is because at the moment it seems like I have plateaued, I am not gaining any fat or loosing any muscle so its not THAT bad but I would still like to continue loosing the bit of fat that I have left.

I have been eating well - lots of protein, few carbs (under 100g's), caloric intake is sitting at around 2K.

What do you guys suggest I do to continue loosing fat?

Oh and here is the photo:

    -Thanks in advance

    edit:
I started doing 5k runs outdoors since the weather is nice, I try to go 4 times a week.
