Always been on and off working out and such but towards the end of '08 shit got really out of hand (you will see) C). I'm 6'3'' Currently sitting ~220. D). I have disgusting chest hair but its so bad that its epic. People always tell me it looks like something different...the most recent was a fucked up eagle. For this reason it shall stay. It will be gone once summer begins . Alright so I need advice on what you guys think I should do to see better progress. I have been using http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=2920566 to help me out. I have also picked up things here and there from a few broly friends of mine. Also forgive the lack of before pictures. I just didnt give a fuck and was too angry at the fact I let myself get so badly out of shape. Last thing - I swear. -Forgive the terrible poses or what not. The beginning: Current: Flex ala Chris3G Back: 3 months is nothing. However I am pretty pleased with how far I have come. Clothing just fits better overall and its kind of nice when your arms nicely fill in the sleeves. I want to be completely free of excess fat by at least August. That is 4 months away. To me it seems like a reasonable goal but I am not as knowledgeable as some of you. So please, toss some advices over this way.
