3 Month Progress

    Here's how I looked around May, I weighed around 186 here:

    Relaxed:

    And here's today, I weighed in around 203.xx earlier. I've been busting my ass but I want to see if the gains were as noticeable as I hope. i went back to the gym at the campus and alot of friends asked me what I was using and what I've been doing all summer, to which I would reply, "Eating and busting my ass, not drinking and partying all the time"

    Anyway, here are the pics:

    I really cannot tell that big of a difference, especially because the poses and angles are all different.

    You must be tall, a 17lb difference should be pretty noticeable. The only thing I kinda notice is your delts.

    Yea man I understand, I personally think my traps, delts, arms and chest (lacking) grew, along with my back, but I didn't think to take those pictures. Here's a pic I didn't add yet

    Oh definitely, if you gained 17lbs then you grew for sure, I personally just couldn't tell from the pics.

    Stay focused and keep doing what you're doing. And take better pics next time. :mamoru:

    looks like you developed some lats, you can tell by how your arms sit naturally.
