Start Date was 5/07/2008 Start weight: 244 Height 5'8 Goal weight: 180-200 still not sure about this. Long term goal: Triathalon - Ironman. I want to swim 2.4 miles bike 112 run 26.6 and brag for the rest of my life. Cardio: Daily Weight Training - I start this saturday, I hired a personal trainer and had a fitness assement done. Max run time w/o stoping:30-45 seconds. Start Mile time: 18 minutes Today. Weight:216 Longest run: 25 Minutes Average Mile:12:54 Best Mile: 10:30 What Ive done. Ive done some very basic light weight training, stuff I knew how to do. Basically when I walk into the weight room I get overwhelmed because there are so many exercises. I do spinning classes twice a week, and run the rest. I do have light cardio days where I just do a slow jog or walk with no HIIT training. My hard cardio days, I try to beat my best mile then cool off. I jog until the 40 minute mark and then do some HIIT variation for the last 20 minutes. Its worked so far, I feel like I have increased my VO2 Max alot. Ive wanted to post for a while, I feel great.
