time to change the routine up.
but the lat work is paying off:
i have to keep hitting the chest hard, start working my traps again...and well keep lifting in general. I really want to lean out and see what I look like under the fat.
do oyou live in a hotel?
yes. I travel 100% for business. I've been home 38 days since september 5th, 2005. I actually have been home 9 days since october 6th.
the money is bat-shit crazy. Once I find a good gym though, it allows me to focus more intensely on training, and not social shit...but I have to go out and be social at least 2x per month.
My life was pretty shitty for a while.
do you travel in state or all over the country? how do you maintain a good diet?
If I were you, I'd just focus on getting bigger.
I stay at residence inns with kitchenettes and bring a fry pan and a sauce pan with me. If I can't do that, its really tough.
I jsudt dropped $8k on my miata turbo build, and I'm about to cut a check for a mazda6...so its not that bad
my belly is a little too round for my liking.

I'm an independantly contracted "emergency management" planner for FEMA.
Shoulders are outpacing your back, looks like they got more attention than your back did.
yeah, I've been piggy backing my back on chest day...but that needs to change. I really liked taking wednesday off, but that's over.

Guy at my work just landed a contract with the TSA - $115/hour straight to him. He was making about 90k before - do the math on 115/hour
$22/h actually. The overtime is the magic.
