gomi gases then gets slowly beaten on with light jabs then gets submitted. IMHO it wasn't as good as it's hyped to be.

that would be the frustrating fight of the year with the bjj black belt not making a single attempt to take the fight to the ground

I'm becoming a big fan of the LW division... Almost every fight is exciting. The smaller guys tend to have more energy to keep up a fast paced fight, and tend to be more athletic overall. Also, the lack of MASSIVE KO power makes more "wars" possible...

I wish Ferrar and Faber went three rounds cause that had the making of fight of the year. some crazy ground work, but unfortunately Faber won.

i liked it for the pace and the heart the fighters displayed more than for the technical fighting aspect of it. it was fairly one-sided though

I dont like Faber at all and Chance is form my gym, so I was really pulling for him.

Maybe one day Kid will quit his Olympics hopes and come back to demolish Faber.

    i heart faber

he called out Kid not thinking that he's the best featherweight, but because he wants to face the best

still, i'd LOVE to see that fight

It was at 145. Griffin wanted it to be at 150 (catch weight), but Faber said no. Griffin told Faber that for a rematch he would have to come up to 155.

Atleast that is all what Griffin said on Sherdog radio on Monday. He was talking about how much hell of a cut to 145 was.
