Chest Flat DB Bench Press 95lb x 4 reps x 1 set 90lb x 4 reps x 3 sets Incline DB Bench Press 70lb x 0 reps x 0 set (Didnt get up) 65lb x 6 reps x 3 sets Flat DB Flys 45lb x 8 reps x 1 set 50lb x 8 reps x 1 set 55lb x 4 reps x 1 set Cable Crossovers 50lb x 10 reps x 1 set 60lb x 8 reps x 2 sets I did some side raises and db hammer curls too ** Something is wrong with my db bench press and incline press....when i go up my right arm lacks getting the db up....the left arm goes up fast, while i have to WAIT for my right arm to get up....and my arms are more fatigued from doing this..... *** My numbers on DB bench are also decreasing... I couldnt even get up the 70lb on incline....Do you think its because of the mounting? Takes too much energy out of me...sometimes its hard to align the dbs onto my thighs... I had my partner lift one of the 90lb on my thigh, and i got 4 reps out of it...maybe i should try that next time with the 95lb. I cant believe my #'s.... **** I lost all respect for myself...my max is 100lb for bench press for 3 reps......and i cant even get 4 reps of 95lb.... Maybe i need to take a day off? And then go at it?
