    Close-grip DB Bench Press
    80lb x 6 reps x 2 sets
    75lb x 6 reps x 1 set

    DB Shrugs
    55lb x 12 reps x 1 set
    80lb x 10 reps x 1 set
    90lb x 10 reps x 1 set
    100lb x 10 reps x 1 set

    Cable V-attachment pushdowns
    20lb x 12 reps x 1 set
    100lb x 10 reps x 1 set
    110lb x 8 reps x 1 set
    160lb x 6 reps x 1 set

    Cable one-hand pulldowns :bowdown:
    Right/Left each
    40lb x 8 reps x 1 set
    50lb x 6 reps x 1 set *failure

    *Decent workout, didnt notice any real gains yet.
    *Forgot to do DIPS.....:o

    curled the 45s for 6...my stupid left arm is so fucking weak, i had at least 2 more in my right :(

    also did 175x6 good clean reps with no help on CGB :)

    1.5 hrs of shovelling 6" of heavy snow. wonder what the weight per cf was. felt around 40lbs per shovel full.

    ME Bench day

    I have decided that bench shirts are put here to piss me the fuck off. I wanted to burn mine after lifting today, I am seriously weaker with one on. fuck

    2 board press
    rack lockouts worked up to a 3rm of 425 this is what kept me sane or I was gonna quit and go home
    tate presses
    single arm pushdowns
    lateral raises.
