I did legs on Saturday for my first workout return. Wasn't that bad, kept it light and implmented some techniques showed to me by MaineSucks...keeping the bar lower on my back. Nice, works better.

Anyways, Monday and yesterday I was pretty much unable to walk. I alwasy love that feeling , but it was worse than ever before :bigthumb:

So I came back and did chest. Wanna see some pathetic shit?

    Numbers before:

    November 2005
    Flat DB Presses: 130's for 12, 140's for 10-12, 150's for 8-10, 150's for 8-10, 150's for failure

    Incline BB: 225 for 15, 245 for 15, 275 for 10-12, 295 for 8, 315 for failure

cable flys: pin set at 110 for all 5 sets of 10-12

    dips: 3 sets of 15 with 90lbs

    Numbers yesterday:

    :wtc:

    Flat DB: 70's for 10, 65's for 7, 55's for 6-7, 50's for 6, 50's for 5

incline BB: 1 pathetic set of 135 for 3 -- changed to the incline hammer machine and had 1 45 and a 10 on each side for 4 sets of 10

cable flys: pin set at 40 for 4 hard sets of 10

dips: none - didn't do dips.

Today I wake up after a bad night of sleeping due to pain. I can't move my arms past 90 degrees. I think I might have put too much strain onmy tendons in my elbows and I can't move. My chest feels seperated from my rib cage and my shoulders feel like a rusty, squeaky old hinge.

To add insult to injury. BBing season is upon us so again there are a lot of bbers in the gym training for one of the shows. Well one of the competitors I used to go up against came up and asked me if I was in fact training for the show because i lost so much size. He thought I left and went to another gym to avoid distraction and came back a week before the show. I told him I just took off some time all together and his jaw nearly hit the floor.

yesterday was the first time ever I felt like a damn noob in the gym. Funny tho, everyone else remained the same size :mamoru: no one got bigger in the time I was away.

So its time to get back up there and pass my old size for new growth.
