Anyways, Monday and yesterday I was pretty much unable to walk. I alwasy love that feeling , but it was worse than ever before So I came back and did chest. Wanna see some pathetic shit? Today I wake up after a bad night of sleeping due to pain. I can't move my arms past 90 degrees. I think I might have put too much strain onmy tendons in my elbows and I can't move. My chest feels seperated from my rib cage and my shoulders feel like a rusty, squeaky old hinge. To add insult to injury. BBing season is upon us so again there are a lot of bbers in the gym training for one of the shows. Well one of the competitors I used to go up against came up and asked me if I was in fact training for the show because i lost so much size. He thought I left and went to another gym to avoid distraction and came back a week before the show. I told him I just took off some time all together and his jaw nearly hit the floor. yesterday was the first time ever I felt like a damn noob in the gym. Funny tho, everyone else remained the same size no one got bigger in the time I was away. So its time to get back up there and pass my old size for new growth.
