My local gun store has one for 285. Thats about 50 bucks more expensive then what I've seen on gunbroker.com.

I asked them if they could accept shipment, they said no - I really think they want to sell that one :o

    I love this gun though.

take into account on gunbroker sometimes they are a tad cheaper because by the time you pay shipping and FFL fee its not going to be much cheaper then your local range

You can buy them locally here for $205~$235, the only way $285 would be a good deal is if that is for the set that comes with both barrels.

I've read some bad reviews of the P22. Apparently it's based on a gun used in Germany to shoot blanks and the steel in the slide is low grade. It was never upgraded for a real round, even if just a .22, and the steel wears out quickly.

yeah, but if the shipping and FFL fees are $50 you're still getting reamed :o

P22's are a great pistol. Can be finicky aboout ammo, ya gotta try several different types to see what it likes.
    Also has threaded barrel.

Dont pay any more than $230 for one NIB.
