    Yeah i feel like you really have no control during any of these lifts...
    the fact that you're so close to dropping the weight on your head, and the fact it looks like your arm is bent in a weird way too.. makes me worry about you

    You're way more flexible than I am. I can barely overhead squat the bar without faceplanting.

    i still think you may as well do a proper jerk instead of that weird jerking from behind the head rubbish, but not a bad effort :bigthumb:

    got to keep those elbows up to the sky to help stop you coming forward on the cleans though- you have pretty good flexibility so you could give o-lifting a try with a coach sometime

    that was impressive. Is this the proper way to get the bar above your head? I just started doing overhead squats and I just rack the bar up high in the rack and walk under it.

    do them from the rack - jerking frmo behind the head could be dangerous if you dont know what you're doing.

    if you are strong enough, get into the bottom position with the bar on the rack, get your arms up straight in the overhead position and begin by taking the bar off the rack as though you were coming up off the ground :bigthumb:
