    havent maxed my clean. im guessing it might be around low 200s

    i weigh 185-190, always fluctuating

    usually your max clean and jerk is your best front squat 3 repper.... you look like you got the speed for a 275 lift, its jsut mental from here on

    Looks good, are you using the clean grip or the arm over arm grip? I can't really tell...

    Try mixing it up with a clean grip, in my experiences, the arm over arm either chokes me, or I tend to fall too far foward. I think stork posted a short article that described how to gain flexibility in wrists. (If that is what you're lacking anyway)

    How far apart are your feet? As I said in a different thread, for front squats or oly lifts my feet are either a 10lb plate apart or lately 25lb plate apart.

    my are not that close. probably shoulder width. what is the advantage of putting closer for front squats?
