    he is an olympic lifter, most of them are strong as hell.

    the gm's are done like that b/c they are accesories for the 2nd pull phase of the snatch or clean. If you are doing good mornings to improve your clean or snatch then yes they should look like that.

    ah interesting... pretty explosive motion with the feet/heels lifting off too. Looks pretty limited ROM to be great for mass though?

    That guys squating 630 is strong.......I like his dismout of the bar on the last squat.....Interesting...........Dimas is soooooooo freaking explosive.......

    i dont get how he can squat that much wihtout a belt, wouldnt he risk his back snapping?

    Your back won't snap.....You might shit your intestines.......I have to say I don't find that form hard to assume with a weight I can handle, but that high of a weight that takes lots of control.....
