I was reading Edmund's and saw the Dodge Journey got a 5 star front and side collision rating. Not bad. Anyone thinking about a crossover for their next car? I definitely like the better gas mileage, and don't really need something as big as an SUV.

Something like the GMC Acadia looks promising. I would likely stick with a proper truck, but the Acadia is still nice.

No one can convince me the Dodge journey is anything better than crap.

Just put a bigger bumper on your truck. Increases crash rating by three. lol

Nope, I have no interest in a tall station wagon, or a minivan without sliding doors.

Yeah--I looked at the Flex but its about 38K fully loaded, and the Journey's only 28K loaded.
