Want level is high on the Jay Leno and Dusk models.
I want the Synergy Green color !
I don't like Leno's Camaro, at all.
I do like the bright green color though. Hopefully it's offered next year.
Jay Leno is the man
I like the tan leather in the dark blue one as well.
Ill take the blue one with the Leno upgrades.
I think I just like it because it's different, more aggressive. I'd love one with an LS7 or LSA.
All look same!
I don't see SEMA pics.
first one is good looking
other ones are trash
link to article?
I dislike the green- way too loud. The navy blue one is hot though. Those wheels make my willy twitch.
That Leno one is looking pretty good
Place I cross-posted from didn't have it.
Possibly a different article, but the same subject.
Optional BBS from GM??
Huge potential for win, but the tastes of customers will yield overwhelming amounts of fail.
i see a whole lotta ugly there
i like the dusk
Yep, the Dusk and Jay Leno cars are my favorites. The Z28 would look good with the body of the Jay Leno car.
From what I've heard, Leno's car is VERY close to what the Z28 will look like. I want that body with the blue color from the Dusk car, and the Dusk's interior as well. And LSA under the hood would be nice too
The Camaro needs the LSA so bad.
Wouldn't mind seeing a 'Vette with it either.
Did they hire Saleen bodywork specialists to make them look like crap?
They should've put the LSA in the Grand Sport instead of just a dry sump LS3.
That's what I was saying.
They spent a lot of money sprucing up a C6 and pretended to tip-toe ever closer toward the Z06 without really doing anything. I know they dry-sumped the LS3 and changed the valves, added a different final drive, put different brakes on, etc. So what?
Put an LSA in a C6 with optional paddle-shift, give it a nicer interior and those sweet Recaros from the CTS-V, Z06 brakes and price it at the Z06 level. Market it as a 'grand tourer' 'Vette that can be just as comfortable as the likes of an SL or M6, but still murder them in performance like a 'Vette should.
Also gives the Z06 the opportunity to be a little more hardcore. It's already like a 'Corvette GT3,' so think 'Corvette GT3 RS.' A little less weight, a touch more power, grippier tires from the ZR1, etc. Just little tweaks that add up.
I know the Grand Sport is nice for C6 fans who wanted something they could drive harder(ex: trackdays) without spending more for a Z06, but c'mon...the car I described could even be a hit in Europe if they priced it right.
