wait you're complaining w/ dependents gets more than without? umm ya, they have to house more people, pay utilities for more people, etc.

im not saying they shouldn't get more but the spread was about 300 dollars last year...so how bah with dependents goes up and without goes down doesnt make any fucking sense to me

Ya you dont lose anything. The only time you'll lose BAH at one spot is if you PCS to the same area. They'll lock you into that lower rate then. It could of dropped $900/mo and you still get what you were getting.

But now with dependents will go up $100. So it is still a $100 more spread that you think they're not entitled to.

I'll tell you right now that non-dependents get too much in San Diego and dependents dont get enough. But hey who am I to complain, I get to pocket a lot of $$ every paycheck.

What this guy said. Your BAH doesn't ever go down if you stay in the same location, but it can go up. So you're not gonna lose any money man.

its pretty much the opposite here....2 br's arent that much more than 1 br's....you can get a pretty nice 2 br place around here for 1350-1400...so now they get that extra 150 or so to bank

like i said if you are a single airman it means living in the ghetto or getting a roomate now
