BMW fanboy? I'd rather not pay a premium for the twin turbo 335i when the natually aspirated G37 surpasses it in horsepower.....

It doesn't look different enough to justify the redesign. That said, I'd be fine with it if they didn't redesign the coupe at all; the sedan, on the other hand, could probably benefit from some upstyling since it targets a different crowd.

    The 335 is grossly under-rated....

I'm a nissan fanatic and I love that car. The VQ37VHR sounds excellent to me (VVEL= awesome) and as far as I'm concerned, I'm glad they kept it looking similar to the outgoing model. However, I'm betting the 335 will still be better in feel and it'll probably be quicker, but who knows? Can't wait to see the true numbers for this thing...If a 350Z with the VQ35HR can run a 13.4, I'm curious to see what this VQ37 will show...

And 14" rotors up front with 4 piston calipers and 13.8" rotors in the rear with 2 pot calipers sounds nice to me :big grin:

Some more pictures. The production model looks a little different than the links above, and they're going to use that stupid chrome strip across the trunk like they do on the sedan...blah...

    they butchered the back end

i doubt this will be doing 4.7sec to 60, and with options these price around 40k (same as 335i)

    0-60 = :greddy:

I would not be shocked if the quarter times were close to 12s stock. This engine is so much better than the VQ35HR which already put the 3400 lb. 350z in the low 13s...
