    You believe in chromium piccolinate for fat loss?

    And do you time your rest between sets?

    I use chromium for blood sugar, its one of those supps thats praised an hated back an forth. Its cheap an seems to help me since im hypoglycemic

    Yes i have never been away from the gym or diet this long...longest ever was an on an off phase before my last show but i was still eating an training from time to time. I usually time my sets by my training partner(s)

    tell me about it, i can even feel them, but boy the next day im dying. It will run its course in about 2 weeks though, from there i will be back to 140's

    undecided for now...never been out of the gym of off diet for longer then 2-3 weeks. This 7 months of everything has take its toll, Im crippled for now. Come febuary i will have an idea. Theres 3 shows i would like to do or at least 2 in the spring. Im just getting blood in for now to get the soreness away.

    Should be fun to see how well i can do going from untrained to show in just 5months.
