I've decided that I want to pick one of these up in late fall. :wackit:

First, I'll need to sell some OT People, so list who I can sell so I can get a GT model. :eek3d:

    Here's some pics, although I know they're a repost.

I think you'll be the first one I sell so I can get that car. Wonder how much I can get for you. :squintd:

I like it... then again, I've always wanted an old school mustang. They're hard to find up here, and when you do find them, they're asking way too much for the shape that it's in. I'm not paying $18,000 CAD for a GT with bondo on it.

I can't wait to see how it does when the critics get a hold of it.

the gtr model is cool, just needs more mesh in the front. I don't really care for radiator design.

you could always try and find one in the US. Probably cheaper in the long run even if you had it shipped up here.

the tail lights on the gtr are so increadibly superior, yet the bulbs suck. They should have done an led tail light.

    Quite possible.

I want a GT, 289cu in, with a 4spd and dual exhaust. :yum:

In the meantime, one of the new ones will have to do. :wiggle:

That GT-R would be sweet though.

ford got a lot of help from the jappers... this thing is really supposed to be designed and built well. Only time shall tell.

After seeing the GTR, i'm waiting on the SVT and other versions of the new stang before putting any money down.

I'm hoping well. I normally I wouldn't buy a first year production car, but Ford says they've been working on it to try and prevent it from having major problems when it's released.

It's built in a US Ford plant that assembles Mazdas. That's nothing Japanese in it.

It does have a little English in it though, it uses a modified version of the Jaguar S-Type's platform. :o

And don't forget, the new F-150 is a very high quality, new vehicle, and Ford has launched it with zero problems. :)

I'm most curious to see how well the new GT will really accelerate and turn.

From what I read, there was someone who worked in Japan on cars, that's got his hands in it.

I read some article that made it sound like a lot more than that. Maybe no physical evidence, but they supposedly adopted some of mazda's methodologies and stuff.
