    production front end > concept

no wing > wing, but wing delete is a factory option

side scoop looks cooler than window, but practicality wins.

compared to most concepts, they barely changed anything at all.

my main complaints are the moved fog lights and the added window.

the old wheels were nicer too.

Well, there's a ton of stuff that is different, but the concept of the concept :o was brought to production completely intact.

I think the foglights look badass in the grille.

But the antenna looks crappy on the outside. I don't see why they didn't just mold it into the rear glass like most cars today have it.

i don't miss those pontiac grand prix foglights or that line bisecting them either.

The headlight buckets look better in black rather than body color also i think.

Plus the hood is slightly higher in the production. But overall, the production is still good looking. I still think the concept looks a little better.

The concept was overall much wider and lower. It's stance is what i think made it look so incredible. That's the only thing i miss really, as opposed to the minor styling details.

That's exactly it. I think the lower hoodline is giving that effect of wider and lower in the concept.

I would mod it to look as close to the concept as possible. I LOVE the concept front end and bumper. That rear-window has got to go. Who needs that? The rear occupants, maybe? Who needs rear occupants anyway!?

The rear window was added in the 60s by shelby to his gt350 mustangs to enhance safety and remove blind spots. :hs:

I'm not sure if the scoops that were on the gt500 were functional or just for show.

The car needs larger rear side windows that "flow" better with the roofline, the mirrors from the concept should be used and/or painted, the GT needs the concept's hood design with functionality, the concept style wheels should be offered, and the turn indicators on the front bumper should be round and not wrap around the side.

The car would like eleventy billion times better/cleaner then IMO.

Otherwise, the car looks cool so far. :)

That's a great way to compare. There's still something about the grill/headlights, but it isn't as bad as I thought from earlier pictures. The opening & lights are bigger or it doesn't just out with the sharper angle or something. I like the way that one looks though and I agree it looks better with no spoiler. I like it well enough and it is pretty darn close to concept. Most cars don't look anything like the concepts.
