I'm getting my mom's 2005 CRV as my first vehicle in about a couple months and was looking at buying some factory accessories online and installing them when I get it. The stereo in it is XM ready and just needs the box, so I'm definately going to get that and a fog light kit. I don't want to throw a bunch of money into this car, but want to try and make some audio improvements. Going with all new speakers, head unit, amp, etc. would be overkill and more than I really need.

Does anyone have any experience with the following factory items? Are they worth the money, or should I just leave the stereo as it is?

If you're gonna upgrade, don't bother with the factory/dealer accessory crap. Go to a stereo shop and have them set you up with some good stuff that will be worth the money.

Dealer = ripoff... repeat after me.
