2005 Honda Civic dash.

    Does anyone know how to take apart the dash in a 2005 honda Civic? I am installing a new deck and i cant figure out where to start. Thanks

    Take it to a stereo shop. If the car is still under warranty and you break something, you are fucked.

    I used to work for HONDA.

    We had a customer with an 05 Accord that he wanted to put an aftermarket CD player in. He took the dash apart and installed the cd player. He then proceeded to wire the deck in wrong and fried the entire dash harness. No warranty. Over $1500 for the harness.

    So essentially, if you cant do the work and have to ask how to on the net. You shouldnt be doing the job. Sorry.
