These pictures were just released for the new R6 and R1.I think they both look very sharp and I like the new body design for the R6 however they could have used a different paint job.here are a few pics.

MSRP on the 2002 R6 was only 8K... They wouldn't hike the price that much in a year, would they? Maybe that's in Canadian Dollars.

R6 more expensive than a ZX12R or Hayabusa? R1 as much as a Ducati? I doubt it...

Glad to see that the Canadian economy is on the upswing! :bigthumb:

Nice bike, but 11K is a lot of jack.

They'd never raise it that much. There's nothing to justify that really. When the R1 got it's facelift, there wasn't any increase hardly at all. So I doubt they'd do it to the R6, unless it's gold plated or something.

What I'm hearing is a couple hundy more, but nobody's for sure yet. They're supposed to by trying to keep the bikes as close to last year's price as possible.

    From the Yamaha Website:

    R1 - $10,299
    - with flames, $10,399

    R6 - $7,999
    - with Flames, $8,099

  17. the new r1's and r6's look like shit with the flames they have one of each at the dealer ship near me and the flames are just stickers that look cheap and make the bike look shitty all around
