hey i have a 2k2 yellow sierra ht stepside, and i was wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of them, or a website that gives me instructions on how, thanks

  2. the easiet way to do it with out having to play with wires in the fuse box would be....

Aply the parking brake just slightly, not to the point the brake is on... your lights will turn off and you can control it from inside the cab.

If you dont want to toy with something like that you have to run a jumper inside your fuse box under the hood, so the day time running lights will be disabled.

press the dome overide button 4 times and you will hear a ding, then the lights will be disabled

The parking brake trick doesn't work on the current model.

In the owners manual it outlines how you turn them off, just as Sonny Jim said.

  5. did that start with 02 models? or 01?

find the headlight/DRL relay in the fuse box. Pull it out. Find which prong goes to the DRL's and bend it back or cut it off

at least this is what is supposed to work for S-10's
