well i want my car to sound deeper without loosing to much horsepower but if i can get a better sound with a single exhaust i would do that to. oh and is it possible to gain more horse power putting a new exhaust in. Im not a car expert in anyway so I might sound ignorant when it comes to asking about cars

think of how an engine gains power as the following..

take a straw and suck in as hard as you can (this represent your intake)
now blow out as hard as you can (this represents the exhuast)
now take the straw out and do the same routine.. hell of alot easier eh?

the more air that gets through the more power.. bigger exhuast = more power. unless its to big and your not geting ay back pressure and then its hurts power.

I've heard it recommended before, but I cant speak for sure since I havnt done it. Find a factory Mustang GT exhaust and put it on, its suppose to have nice results in both sound and performance.
