So this guy I know will sell me his for 19-20k. Here is what I know about it so far..

    2001 Chevrolet Ext. Cab

    V8 5.3L (i think)
    "Tow Package"
    Factory CD
    Power windows/locks
    37K miles

I'm really not sure about much else in the truck, my wife works with this guy so I haven't actually seen the truck, but she says its nice. Anyway, would that be a good price for it? Is it going to be a good truck assuming I take good care of it? :x: Basically he says 20k is what he owes on it, but if it KBB's for 19 he'll take 19 for it. What do you guys think? I'll be of course looking at it and driving it sometime, but I just wanted to see if this was even worth looking at for that price or if its too much for said truck. :hs:

That price is probably in the neighborhood. Check the Blue Book value to be sure.

Yeah, I need a lil more info about the truck to get a true KBB value, but from what I know it was saying about 21K.

Anyone else own any of these particular trucks or had any experience with 'em?
