which would you pick and why?
gsr. not thing better about the civic.
si, i have one. It's bigger on the inside and holds value better
youd trade it in for a rebadged camry
Can't even compare the two, period.
It's hard to choose..since the two is hot for theives.
I'd go for the civic. Hope you keep it clean.
the resale value on the gs-r is excellent
and for the one you choose, give reasons why
which would go for more on ebay?
b18c1 > b16a
If it has to be those two, then the Civic Si because they're more limited and sought after and will hold their value much better.
as odd as it sounds, I might go with the civic.
they are holding resale value at an insanely high rate
however, the GSR is a better car in every (other) imagionable way...
GSR comes with a better motor.
Leather interior *if the one you're looking at it so outfitted*
there is a reason why they swap GSR engines into civics...
now you're just getting demanding
this is only somewhat true. civic Si's are not more sought after, however they are more limited.
I disagree. Finding a 2000 Civic Si is very difficult to find for sale and when they do go on sale they are sold much faster than a GS-R.
the teg is more dated looking inside and out, although the leather seats and the 1.8 is better than the 1.6 in the Si.... although i loved my 99 Si when i had it...
both hold their value well, but ive seen Si's sell for almost the same price as new... (3-4 years later)
and yeah i kept it clean...
from when i began looking i have seen FAR more GSRs than Si's
right now on ebay
3 2000 gsrs
12 2000 SIs
And more GSRs were made.
Eitehr, people prefer selling SIs on ebay, or they are easier to get...
Also the pricing is similar.
