    It's so hard for me to eat atleast 4 or 5 times a day, let alone more. How do you other young bulkers out there eat right? I just started making burgers on the Foreman grill. Maybe I'll learn to cook chicken :noes: :hsd:

    The foreman grill is key, I use it for mostly chicken breast with whatever pre-made seasoings that I can buy. Its not great but it normally turns out pretty good.

    I'm eating 2 PB n J sandwiches, cottage cheese, and a protein shake right now :o Not too bad I suppose

    i get my mom to just grill up about 10 pieces of grilled chicken at a time.i make chicke parmegian all the time or just eat it plain or whatever.

    steak, chicken, tuna and GROW. And i try to plan my meals ahead of time if I have to work or have class.
