sorry I weigh about 190 right now. this is 5 reps at the top of a 5x5 routine.

I realize it's not that great of an accomplishment but every little goal reached helps keep me going for more.

been having some sort of knuckle issues. I dunno if it's from fighting or working out but both my middle knuckles have a deep pain in them that makes it difficult to grip hard. plus I need to steal some phone books

been hitting the pinch and crunks hard tho.

Just keep after it. It always is a big jump right after you start, then it slows way down.

We used to have contests in HS to see who could rep our bodyweight the most times, and we always got killed by a guy with no legs.

for the longest time i was continuously chasing my bodyweight 5RM.

from the time i weighed 147 until i got up to 160. i would always weight 2-3lbs more than my 5RM. but now, im 162 with a 5RM of 165 & 4RM of 170 :run:

The heavier you get the harder it is too. When I was 135ish I could rep my weight a ton of times. As I get heavier my 5 rep max isn't going up nearly as quick as my weight is.
