2 years eh.. Looks pretty good, what routine do you follow? how many cals do you eat a day?

edit: it seems like your arms are ahead of the rest of your body, leg shots would have been nice to see aswell (no homo)

My routines vary every month or so ~4 sets of 8 reps

My cals intake is probably around 3k, but I don't keep track of it daily. Maybe I should. Usually I eat when I'm hungry 4-5 times a day

Damn, I'm 6'1 and I started at about 160 lbs. My results after 3 months were better than your two years. Did you go regularly? :hs:

Your torso looks like a box, I'm not sure if that is good or bad

    I do 275 * 8 reps / 4 sets on DL

    --

I think the pose might be a little bit off :wtc:

    --

For the others, maybe an idea of proportions: the necklace I was wearing in the "before" pic, doesn't pass my adam's apple anymore.

No, I upped all my numbers. Chest as always been a bitch to me..

I worked my legs alot, and I think they packed alot of the weight I gained, maybe thats why the other think i should be bigger at 210

    Arms are looking much better.

Need to work on your lats in particular.

It's harder to fill out for tall people.

yea, unless you're measuring your height incorrectly I don't see 210 there. I'm 6'1" 205-210 and a lot bigger w/ a much stronger DL. It looks like we carry just about the same BF, but you can never really tell from pictures.

who knows.. either was good work on gaining any LBM

I really doubt the guy is lying about his weight, people just carry the shit differently

He's obviously carrying ALL his weight in his legs thus the no need to post pics of them.
