Here is a bit of ingfo about me

22 yrs
5ft 8inch
152 pounds
working out for 2 years (1 year seriously)

age 18 i was 150 pounds never worked out, ballooned to 187 pounds:eek3: in 1 year just eating like a pig and no sport or working out etc. looked at myself in the mirror at 20 and wanted to do somthing about it. Started working out. went down to 158 then hit the creatine and tried to bulk. Got to 171 at 17 % bodyfat then have cut untill i have ended up now at 152.

Anyone have any idea what my bf% is ? around 9 or 10ish?. PLan to get to 6% then bulk up to 165 while keeping around same bf%. Eventually look like the wolf

Waist is a 30 or 31. Use to be a 36:wtc:.

And yeah my legs and especially lower back are quite laughable but its all in the plan. Upper back isnt to bad from a guy who use to train me. In proportion to the rest of me just didnt turn out the best in the pics

I wish I could figure out what to do to get my lower chest to develop nice and full like yours. Mine sucks.

In the first year of lifting i went into the gym and first excersize was bench press. Started of at 3 sets of 35kg. When i could finnaly do 8 - 7 - 6 reps i would move up to 37.5 kg. Around 1 year later i ended up at 110kgs (242 pounds) on bench doing 8 - 7 - 6. Got a lot of size out of that. My last excersise of every day would be another chest wheather incline, the butterfly thingo, or chest press, dumbell press etc. My routine isnt the norm of most BB but chest came out good except i slightly neglected other parts of my body.

great chest, but at a relaxed state you have no ab definition.... so I'm gonna have to say your guestimate is way off. I'd say mid-teens bf%
