2 weeks pl and running

    ive been running 3 miles a day everyday for the past 2 weeks... best time was 24:00 , also still have been powerlifting ( so i work out 2x a day 5 days a week) and still run on the weekends.

    have been able to pull [email protected] dw style ( i could prob only get a 405-425 clean in comp) and c&j of 225 ..... squats & benching = weak.
    Just came back from a 5k race..finished 121/500 , 14 in my age div, time 24:18 , 7:20 mile (could have been faster if it werent for the slow crowd pack at the start)

    So i guess the world of fast twitch and slow twitch can live together.

    i am proud of this since 2 years ago i was 260lb and couldnt even run 10 feet :mamoru:

    Nice numbers, but PLing and lifting 10x/week?
