2 weeks of hard dieting *pics*

    wish i gianed mass as easy as i got lean....

    going to bahamas in 9 days, pur has helped me out a lot, high fats have helped a ton to stay full, i think ill be happy in another 9 days and be ready and looking how i want....then ill get leaner when i get home..


    anyways arms are feeling and looking full while im still getting leaner and leaner

    one thing ive noticed and im happy about that im attributing to the abundance of healthy fats is how grainy im starting to look, my arms look totally different, theyre grainy, hard to tell in that pic but its cool

    how high of fats? and what's your cal/macro breakdown (roughly)?

    150-200 grams of fats from almonds, olive oil, peanut butter, yolk and beef fat

    think i can get substantially leaner in the stomach in 9 days?

    think i should really drop the carbs almost to zero? i really want to dry out, im doing 45 mins elliptical pre-breakfast in the a.m on caffeine.....

    water weight....i got up right around 220, but about 10lbs of that drops as soon as you get off cycle, water, then the rest was fat. i think ill end up at around 190 shredded.

    my body refuses to be lean anything over 205....its just not in my genetics, unless i really up the motherfucking dose and get up to a solid 240-250, and im not doing that.

    thanks that means a lot, ive been off cycle for about 3 months now, but i have been busting my fucking ass in the kitchen, eating like ive never eaten before, i really just hope i dry more out aroudn my stomach in 9 days......i look fucking dumpy in my lower abs....UGH.....

    I wouldn't lower my carbs that low though.
    I didn't go lower than 75. Again thanks to Uncle Pur.:wiggle:
