    Relax only until you need to use resistance. Keeps you less sore and you can roll longer.

    Pretend your fluid and not solid.

    Yeap I am learning this the hard way......I hate gassing in a 6 minute round.....pisses me off.....

    I also get clausterphobic when I am gassed and getting smothered.....I am learning how to deal with that and put myself in different positions where it doesn't effect me as much....

    In a few months you will be able to do 5 6 min rolls with out gassing bad.

    I know what you mean, I used to feel the same years ago when I first started.

    It goes away eventually, it might be a couple months or years but I promise, it'll go away.

    yea.... when im hitting the focus mitts, and really getting into the latter stages of the rounds, i get tired and forget to breathe....but i have been trying hard to make sure i do, but hell yea thats really important, and one of the best semi-beginner tips you can give to someone.... BREATHE !!!!
