    Hi guys

I need your inifinite body building knowledge once again to answer two simple questions I have no definite answers for.

    1. Is Tribulus recommended for improving size and strength? The lady at the health food shop said it increases testosterone and forces your body to grow after intense workouts. It didn't sound very believable but I am taking it currently twice daily with food whilst working out.
Should I be using this or is there another supplement I could use to help my body respond quickly and increase bodysize?

    2. My chest is a bit bigger than the rest of my body but what bothers me the most is that they look like tits because of the large gap in the middle of them. See pic for reference.

Anyway I need to know some weight exercises which can build more of the middle chest up. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

I might be wrong but I am pretty sure that the closer the grip on bench, the more your inner chest is hit. the wider the grip, the more your outer chest is hit.

    IIRC Tribulus is almost worthless...

Edit: Forgot your question, you should probaly just stick with the regular supplements, whey, creatine, fishoil and a mult vitamin.

Regarding #2: Don't take this the wrong way, but you have virtually no muscle to speak of. Worrying about stuff like this is pointless right now. Btw, there is no "inner" or "outer" pectoral head. The gap is genetic, you aren't going to change it.

although there is no inner or outer head, you can still hit the chest differently.

    1) The studies show trib is useless, but I also know people that swear by it. At your age, it doesnt matter... your natural test levels are high enough. Basic supplements are all you need... protein, creatine, multi, and healthy fats

    2) Who cares?

You have minimal muscle right now. Get your diet in order, get on a good routine (chances are your sucks), and come back in a year or two.

the inner chest should eventually come along as you progress.

Why are you worrying about weak points when EVERYTHING is small?

Flys and close grip works wonders for inner chest development. Eating helps too.

    1.
Why are you worrying about your Test levels at your age! Why are you worrying about your test levels when you aren't even close to what nature will allow you to do without extra Test anyway! Just eat protein take creatine and lift lift lift

    2.
Nothing in this picture is big, focus on 1 area when you are small everywhere makes no sense to me, just pick a routine from the stickies and lift hard, eat lots and if you have to take a supplement take creatine, nature is taking care of your testosterone for you at this point

    Stickies have routines

I think everybody is underestimating my age here.
    I'm actually 22 although I look... what 16? hehe

Does that put things more into perspective?

The thing that 22 year olds and 16 year olds have in common is that tribulus doesn't work in either of them.
