As in, too much protein in such a short interval, that ur body doesn't absorb all the protein?

Also, Are bacon strips grillable on the foreman?

40g of whey pre+post shouldn't be too much, no harm either way

Try grilling the bacon strips and let us know.

Just curious, because my friend was telling me that your body was unable to absorb it all (80g of protein roughly) and you would just shit most of it out.
    Good to know

Is your friend pushing 270lbs at 5'9" tall, eating McDonalds every day for breakfast?

If so, we know the same person. :eek3:

I think you should rely less on supplements and more on whole food. The PWO shake is ok though.

Is there really that much difference? :dunno:

I'd prefer to get whole food but I'm pretty lazy... I get 60% protein from shakes :o

damn son... i eat a high carb and high fat diet yet I get 200+ g protein out of 3000-4000 cals. If you're cutting that's one thing.. if not then it shouldn't be hard at all.
