2 quick questions

    1) When i bought my creatine it told me to just take a spoon full a day yet on the forums people recommend 5 servings a day on and off alternating every month
    2) One of my friends, who I believe to be retarded, is trying to tell me alot of protein is bad and can cause cancer or protein poisoning, was I in the right telling him he is completely full of shit?

    1. 5g of creatine post-workout (or pre- dependent upon whom you ask.
    2. Define "a lot" of protein. 200-300g's of protein a day wont kill you. Tell your friend to man the fuck up.

    Yeah... 5-10g of creatine preworkout. Eat as much protein as you want. It is very hard to get over 300g a day.
