    315x1 flat bench
    BW + 100lbs x 5 on dips

    my bench has gotten stronger since ive started using tyler grips(2 weeks now). at least i think its the grips that are helping. the 315 went up pretty easy:)

    yeah, i'm seriously considering getting a pair of tyler grips... but i don't think my grip's even strong enough to use those yet :wtc:

    shit, my grip fails on most of the lifts i do already... i wouldn't be able to do 1/2 of the weight i do now with the tyler grips :crying:

    besides farmers holds, my grip only fails on shrugs and i never directly work my grip

    with that being said i have a very weak grip when it comes to strongman type farmers shit :o

    mine used to fail on all pulling type movements... shrugs, pulldowns, pullups, deads, rows, etc...

    now, my grip usually only fails on heavy deads
