i eat plenty. im weighing in at 190 now.
like 185ish in the 'before'

i used to be alot fatter. maybe thats why.
i dont really have a set routine, just a kinda mish-mash of stuff i do.
mondays: chest, back, abs
tuesdays: bi's, tri's, shoulders
wednesdays: legs, lower back
thursday: a combination of monday & tuesday stuff.
I bet if you changed that AV you'd get a shitload bigger

USSR - how tall are you? I'm 6' 183 and nowhere near that skinny.
and your routine sucks considering you do back/chest one day and the very following day you do bi/tri.
I wouldn't do them two days in a row because most usefull back and chest workouts are compound, which means you'll be working the triceps with chest and biceps with back. by working them two days in a row you're not allowing enough time for recovery and you won't see the results you're looking for.
bicepts and tricepts on the same day ?
im like 6'2
I'm 6'4" 190 and I have way more mass on my upper body than he does... but then again I have twigs for legs.
im not really worried about getting all broly or anything.
I'm too ashamed to post pics.
visible progress and a log will help keep you motivated.
So, what are you trying to do? Reduce body fat? Tone?
