    just like 5lb, but I started watching carb intake and upped protein intake in general. I started doing tons of overhead press work, and switched to chest and shoulders on the same day.

    I'm going to dread it...so I fit into the Santa Fe granola eater scene.

    The chest/shoulder day workout takes a good 2 hours, but its working very well.

    yeah. Its fucking tough, but its working. Actually, its really tough, especially with the drop sets.

    I've been working out of state, and tv sucks in my hotel room. I've been spending alot of time in the gym, more than ever before. I've also had the best two months of lifting in terms of progress and enjoyment. I really like this gym I'm going to in Santa Fe.

    why the fuck are you doing two overhead presses? Pullovers belong on back day. Db shrugs should also be on back day.
