for plain chicken, if you're tired of plain ass grilled chicken (which is good, just gets old and dry),

    1.
for the most moist chicken ever, place oven on 300 deg, wrap breats in tin foil and place on a pan. Bake for 1 hr 50 min. It's so moist and good.

    2.
Crock pot chicken. You can put whatever kinda flavoring you like in, A-1 or like me, I put texas pete in there. LIke a whole bottle. and let it cook on low for like 10 hrs. Shit just falls apart. It's great.

or you can rub the chicken in duck fat, then lightly pan fry in olive oil with rosemary and thyme (make sure and put a few table spoons of water in the pan and cover it). Take some white wine, porchini mushrooms, a touch of cream, salt, and anise in a sauce pan for just a few minutes for the sauce.

I like this with fava beans and haricot vert. Its easy and quick.

Or you can make chicken tenders:
Get some whole wheat bagels(low calories) and stick then in the oven at 200 for 2 hours. It'll dehydrate them.
Then grind then up to a powder(I used a coffee grinder).
Next get some egg whites and dip your chicken into them and then put it on the cover it in ground up bagel.
I backed at 425 for 20 minutes. It's awesome and low cal

    what i do:

slowly (on like 4) defrost the chicken breasts. place in a pan, fill pan with water and keep in there until they are white. it takes about 20 mins.

pull them out, cut any missed fat away, wash pan, place some pam (or whatever non stick coating you use), i don't T-Fal ftw.

before you toss it on the pan, put your spices on. i love my rose marry, pepper and cumin. i just sprinkle it on.

then toss it on the nice hot pan, and seer one side for 1 minute. flip it, turn down heat to 6 and cover. get some lemon juice, and pour it in the pan on the chicken and around it, cover, and let it sit for 15 mins.

 done and done. it will be SUPER moist inside, and cooked 100%.

    season chicken - 15 seconds

    I thaw my chicken,
throw it in some italian dressing plus olive oil for a lil bit,
    put on foreman,
pour rest of dressing/oil on the chicken while on the foreman,
    set it and forget it!

Frozen chicken on foreman, 10 min later, remove, and eat with preferred dipping sauce...

Crock pot chicken is so moist. I used a method with aluminum foil balls under the chicken in the crock pot. It slightly browns the chicken too. I've read that some people were sensitive to the aluminum taste though but I didn't taste anything.
