    and i just bought 2 Kingston 1GB sticks this morning....well i doubt that frys would ship to canada anyway

    I don't think so. My ibook g4 used PC2700 (DDR-SODIMM) chips while my MBP takes DDR2 chips

    well, i get my stuff at cost cause i work at a computer store, so i paid CAD $78/1GB module plus taxes

    Is anyone having problems with this set of ram? My MacBook keeps not wanting to boot. :hs:

    It's running absolutely fine in my MBP. MacBook's RAM is kind of tricky... you have to push really hard with your fingernails for the RAM to seat properly
